1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a Player on the licin4 platform.

• "Bet" means any wager, stake, or financial commitment placed by a Player on any event, game, or outcome offered by licin4.
• "Balance" refers to the funds available in a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentives provided by licin4 subject to specific terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use licin4 services. Indonesian law prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. licin4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license).

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with licin4, you must:

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player may maintain only one active licin4 account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual through matching personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses, we reserve the right to close all related accounts without prior notice.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or using licin4 services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Current or former licin4 employees, contractors, affiliates, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from licin4 for any reason.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where participation in online gambling is explicitly illegal.
• Individuals identified on any national or international sanctions lists.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify licin4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals, bonus forfeitures, or account suspension.

3.3 Account Verification

licin4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), proof of payment method ownership (bank card photographs, e-wallet screenshots), and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

licin4 accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All payment methods must be registered in your legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential account closure.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player status. VIP players may request increased limits by contacting customer support. licin4 reserves the right to decline deposits or request source of funds documentation for unusually large transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to account verification and security checks. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your name. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard players may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. Higher limits are available for VIP players. licin4 reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and liquidity management purposes.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on licin4 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rate risks are borne by the Player if deposits are made from foreign currency sources.

5. Betting Rules and Regulations

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by licin4. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, syndicated betting, or suspicious wagering patterns. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your account history, it is considered accepted.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant sports governing body. For football matches, bets are settled on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless specified in the market description. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

5.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting odds are updated dynamically based on match events. Due to transmission delays and the fast-paced nature of live betting, licin4 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome is already known or during periods when live odds were suspended. Players who systematically exploit transmission delays ("late betting") will have their accounts restricted.

5.4 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live equipment in the case of live dealer games. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical malfunction. In the event of a malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

5.5 Togel Betting

Togel markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau) are settled based on official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. Draw times and schedules are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). If a scheduled draw is canceled or delayed, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes returned. licin4 is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party lottery results.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and free spins offered by licin4 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or syndicated players are not eligible.
• Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (arbitrage, hedging, low-margin betting), and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions.

6.3 Promotional Changes

licin4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect players who have already opted in, but new terms will apply to future participation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or identity theft to create accounts or make deposits.
• Collusion and Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonuses, or gain unfair advantages.
• Bot Usage and Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games.
• Arbitrage and Advantage Play: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, transmission delays, or bonus loopholes for guaranteed profits.
• Money Laundering: Using licin4 services to transfer illicit funds or obscure the source of money.

• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9.3 Maximum Liability

licin4's total liability to any player for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the licin4 website, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, is the property of licin4 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use licin4 services for personal entertainment purposes only. Players who do not agree to updated terms must cease using our services and may request account closure with withdrawal of remaining balance.

14. Account Closure and Termination

14.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees. Pending bets will be settled before funds are released.

14.2 licin4-Initiated Closure

licin4 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time. Common reasons for account closure include violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or at the request of regulatory authorities. In cases of justified closure, remaining balances will be forfeited. In cases of unjustified closure, remaining balances will be returned to the player.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 or 5% of remaining balance, whichever is greater, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
